I’m from out of state I booked an appointment for color. Wanting highlights expressed I don’t want my hair to be orange or brassy. The girl was young and very inexperienced. When finished my hair was indeed orange and color stopped 2 inches down . Looked like she’d put a bowl on my head and stopped at bottom of bowl. I came home cried went bought blue shampoo as she suggested it didn’t help. Went back to my home state had my hair redone. Tre Belle salon cost me $135 . Had to pay someone to fix it. The hairdresser was young & not as experienced & I wonder if they do any continuing education classes because my trim was not that difficult & yet it looks poorly done. Will wait until there is some growth & try a different salon - will not go back there ever - $50 plus a $10 tip - should have examined the cut in the mirror better first. That's a lot of money for a poor cut.
