Does not follow through on contracted work. Is very difficult to negotiate with, and has a long turn around time to complete the work. I lived in an apartment that was renovated by him, the window would fall out, the door was uneven, I ended up moving out because he took to long to fix his work.
I have had my basement finished with T&R construction and they have done an amazing job. Everything they have done from start to finish (waterproofing, Insulation (spray form on walls and fire/sound proof on ceilings), stairs , bathroom, custom cabinets for media room , electric fixtures and many more) is impressive. Tony Rodrigues is a great guy to work with and he made sure that we are happy and fully satisfied with every minor details.
