We rented a unit managed by TRC Management for one year and had a great experience. From the beginning, the team was professional, respectful, and easy to deal with. The rental itself was well laid out, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I especially loved the kitchen. It was the highlight of the space! TRC handled maintenance quickly and fairly. I want to take a moment to thank TRC for such a great stay. Living here has been a smooth and positive experience, from the quick responses on maintenance requests to how well the property has been managed overall. It has truly felt like home, and we really appreciate all the support we’ve received during our time here.
They were great up till move out. When we first looked at a place to rent with them it felt like they went above to help us find a place. The house was in a bit of dis repair but we were assured that it wouldn’t be held against us and they would mark it as there before us. ★☆☆☆☆ WORST LANDLORD EXPERIENCE EVER — AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the most dishonest and unprofessional landlord management company I’ve ever had to deal with. After moving out, they kept my full damage deposit for completely bogus charges — and I’m not just saying that. I took the matter to the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS), and the ruling confirmed exactly what I knew: the charges were illegitimate. I’m writing this on behalf of my friend who went through an awful experience with this company. She was a responsible tenant, kept the place clean, followed all the rules, and still ended up being treated completely unfairly. After moving out, instead of handling things professionally, the company made false claims and sent her fake charges. She had to go through the legal process to defend herself — and she won.
