I had called to visit a property and was explained by their receptionist that their schedule for showings hadn't been opened yet but they would contact me as soon as it would. Today the ad was marked as rented, when I called to ask howcome I didn't receive a call back if showings had been open and she simply said they followed their processed. I too had a very poor experience with TRC Management; so much so that I escalated my complaints to the RTDRS and a judgement was ordered in my favor. That judgement was issued January 28, 2025, by the court of Kings Bench in the amount of $2142.75 which still remains UNPAID despite having served the order in person and via email to not only TRC but to the owner of the property as well. I lived at one of TRC rentals with my mom and brother and it was a terrible experience my mom ended up filing with rtdrs and we won a judgment and still and haven’t paid if I could rate a -5 I would be cautious if you choose to rent from them, not to mention our rental didn’t past the building code and was deemed unfit and trc refused to do any repairs.
