It's place to be, very affordable and the application process is so smooth. The caretaker is so welcoming and answers all questions with emphatic.

We rented from TRC Management for two years. When we moved out, they refused to return our deposit and added charges that didn’t make sense. We had to file a dispute through RTDRS, and the officer ruled in our favor. TRC was ordered to pay us back. I served them the judgment and followed every step required. Even then, they have still not paid what they legally owe. To make it worse, after I left a review, they went as far as threatening my friends and my partner. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! In my opinion, they attempted to abuse the law and also discriminated against me. Wanting four months rent in advance plus extra deposits because I would not give them information they are not entitled to including my social insurance number in their application, is shameful and clear evidence of discrimination. Only government agencies may ask for the SIN, and no private company has the right to ask for it, nor can they demand it or refuse service if it is not provided. This company was not re... read more
