Just had a ride in service replacing the shocks on my 18 Goldwing. The service was great! Got a tour, everyone was nice to deal with and had patience with all of my questions, made the visit itself a great experience. Then the work. What a change! The ride improved, no longer any extra bounces, better support from the rear, more confidence in the corners, all with no degradation in the ride. Love it.

Just got back home from their ride-in installation service, so I had the opportunity to compare the stock suspension with their AK-20 Cartrige Kit and Bitubo rear shocks riding the same roads on the same day. Night and day difference. No more kidney punches from the backrest from every road imperfection. The bike now stays planted in the curves and inspires loads of confidence. Oh, by the way, my 2016 FLHTKL finally rides like an ULTRA LIMITED should. Nice Work Traxxion!
Kickass work they did on my son's dirt bikes forks! But have absolutely horrible communication with there customers. I can't tell you how many times the front office lady would cut me off while I was trying to talk to her. Plus they said they would have a guy talk to me over the phone about how much it would cost while he was doing to work in that didn't happen either. SO I got a bill and price I wasn't expecting. Besides communication problems I'm very happy with the forks.

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I Road there from Tennessee for my Mega Monty upgrade on my 2015 Wing. I could not believe the difference on my ride back home. If I ever buy another wing this upgrade will be done within a month instead of waiting a year plus like I did this time. They started on my bike about 9:30 and I was done and ready to roll out for the ride home by 1:30. Absolutely zero complaints about the whole process.
Twice I've utilized Traxxion for front end suspension work and both times it's been spot on. Every motorcycle I get will have their hands do the suspension. Great company and great people.
