We love Trax! Staff is amazing and Dr. Namay is so sweet and gentle.
Our experience at this office has been absolutely awful. My daughter’s appliance was applied incorrectly and she couldn’t close her mouth or chew for 2 days. Her appliance has come unglued and fallen completely out of her mouth. The metal appliance has actually broken and needed replaced. The office had her remove her spacers without placing the new appliance, so she had to go through the spacer process again. Something is wrong with her orthodontics at every single visit. The entire process, the doctor and the entire team were so focused on giving me the best results possible. Every visit to the orthodontist office, I left happy. From how I was treated by the entire staff, to how the doctor and his team were explaining the process to me in a way I would understand. My final result speaks for itself.
