My daughter has been a patient at Trax Orthodontics for the past year, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the front desk, to the assistants, to Dr. Namay, every single person has been kind, welcoming, and has exceeded our expectations. We've had a fairly decent experience here. I would just encourage anyone considering any particular orthodontist to confirm whether or not they participate in your dental insurance plan, if you have one. Some plans have more than one level of benefits, and you want to make sure the orthodontist you select is in the higher tier. We didn't check that, and will end up leaving $1,000 on the table.
TRAX, the entire staff from the receptionist to the orthodontic assistants and dental hygienist are absolutely amazing. They have always been warm, friendly and professional. The one time my kid lost a bracket, the staff immediately got her in to fix. I would 1000 percent recommend them to anyone that has to have braces.
We love Trax! Staff is amazing and Dr. Namay is so sweet and gentle.
