I think Nicole is a very professional stylist. However, I agree with another poster that the owner can be a bit tiring in her tirades but I took it all in good fun as the Black beauty shop experience! The salon is very clean. However they dont take credit cards!

The salon is very nice. I had the pleasure of having Saleemah do my hair. She was excellent and very professional. Only issue I had was the price was not communicated very well. I asked did I need to bring hair and I was told no and then when I got there they told me what kind of hair to get from the beauty supply shop, which was conveniently located 2 stores away. I thought the hair would be deducted from the total price and it wasnt. \$50 for the hair and \$175 for the service. Luckily, I had the funds but I could see how ... read more
The owner does an excellent job, but she is sort of unprofessional. She complains a lot and talks about customers. Her assistant is kind of nice, but has absolutely no hair experience. On another note, I have extremely long hair and she use to hook it up.
