Disappointing experience due to lack of disclosure and blame-shifting We purchased a new-build Taylor Morrison home in Travisso and had a very costly experience within 6 months of moving in. Although we closed in July, the irrigation system was installed and activated by the builder in mid-to-late September. My wife and I looked at buying a house here because of the views from Travisso. Unfortunately, it is a bit far from the major shopping centers for us and we like the convenience of a short drive to the major retailers. It is a beautiful community and we love the whole look and feel of the place.
