Stay Away Under Any Circumstances Long review follows, here’s a summary: Paid a large sum for three years of tax returns; almost four years later, work still incomplete. My wife and I received a letter from IRS about our 2021 taxes we had less than a month to prove we did not owe the back taxes or pay over $455k. I reached out to a firm a friend uses but they were not interested at such short notice. Called Travis Watkins on a Friday face-to-face on Tuesday. Two weeks later taxes were amended with zero owed. Great communication throughout the process. Lessons learned don't do your own taxes have this firm do them instead.

Over 1 year nothing been done, at least 4500, asking for refund, know one ever calls you back, Do Not Use, I have all my emails that I have sent, you call office different person nobody knows anything and nobody calls you back

Do not waste your money been trying for 2 years to get an offer of compromise done. When they did finally file it it was incorrect and the IRS declined it. Have not heard from them since no response to emails or phone calls. You can not talk to a real lawyer you only get s receptionist who takes a message that apparently goes on the garbage
