I'd originally left a one star review based on my interaction with the receptionist Dianna. I'd like to change that to a five star based on my interactions with Dr Vickers. He's very easy going which leaves you feeling comfortable talking about uncomfortable subjects. His communication skills are top notch. Thank you for your time.
Dr Vickers deserves 5 stars and the office staff deserves 0 stars. Dr Vickers sees my dad and he is amazing, patient and friendly. So I am giving 2 stars because 2 times they have arrived at the office for an appointment and they have changed it. For an example we arrived today 9/7/2023, at our scheduled appointment at 3:45pm and the staff was surprised we showed up. They stated we had an appointment which got changed to 11am today. They stated we received a2 calls and when we looked at the phone no calls, so that was a lie ... read more
