Met with him today and he confirmed concerns of mine + noticed additional mild concerns in which our previous PED had not mentioned. A PED should NEVER sugar coat anything, as I felt our previous PED did. He’s not only honest, but is professional, he soothed my baby when she was crying, he TRULY cares. I’ve never met such an authentic PED and his gestures and recommendations are not only helpful, they’re so informative. Thank you Travis!
Dr. Thompson is very patient and nice. He came in time and didn't let us wait at all. He spent enough time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He didn't rush the time and always made sure his explanation made sense to me. He even did the step by step demonstration on how to use the inhaler for my daughter. I am very glad Dr. Thompson took care of my daughter's health and her cough was reduced immediately. Highly recommended! The office is very big and clean. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming!
