The clinical staff do not return calls, nor do they confer with other physicians for continuity of care. It took them over a week to approve refills at the pharmacy for a medication for cholesterol that is not to be stopped taken. The medication is a “must take med”. The staff was rude when I spoke to them. I spoke to them several times in the phone. It seems that the doctor is all about “the money” and seeing as many patients as he can instead of giving good patient care and advocating for his patients.
Dr Travis Taylor is a fantastic heart doctor.He is very professional and is a very kind and helpful doctor ,that treats you like a member of his family.I reccomend him highly .Thanks George Deshaies Corpus Christi Tx
