While working on the water main, I accidentally created an issue for the entire house. Luckily, Ezekiel arrived within the hour. He replaced the ball valve, the shower head (which was the source of the problem), and the bathroom faucet. Water was quickly restored! Ezekiel was friendly and very professional. Totally awesome experience, would highly recommend! No overcharging at all. Our water heater broke down and we got a quote from a company that was quite high for a simple water heater repair, trying to convince us it was a fair price. Definitely not. We contacted a different plumbing service who sent out their plumber, Cory, to look at the same issue. They only charged us 1400 for the part and service.
