Ezekiel came out to my house in Carson City and took a good look at my basement to figure out the best spot for our new water heater tank. He explained all the plumbing work in simple terms, so I knew exactly what was going on. The team showed up with the new tank and handled the full installation right in the basement. absolutely fantastic service! my kitchen faucet started leaking pretty badly, so i called to see if i could get some help as soon as possible. i got a quick call back and was told they could come out right away if needed. the next morning, they called again and set up a visit within the hour. cory showed up and replaced the faucet super fast. really friendly guy! from my first call through the whole service, everyone was polite, helpful, and truly professional. top-notch plumbing skills and customer care. highly recommend!
