Travis & Sons Plumbing was fantastic to work with for my water heater issue. i called about the problem, and the person on the phone quickly eased my concerns and explained what was going on in simple terms. We had a really great experience with Travis & Sons Plumbing. Our outside house trap had to be replaced, and the 30-foot main sewer line was relined. From start to finish, every part of the plumbing job was explained clearly, including what needed to happen, when the work would be scheduled, and how each step would move forward. Our old shower valve finally quit, so we called that morning for plumbing help. They sent roman out before lunch, and the shower repair was finished in under 90 minutes. roman and ezekiel were clean, professional, and did solid work from start to finish. Travis & Sons Plumbing was great. i had a somewhat unusual issue with a gas water heater, and after calling around, this was the only team that answered right away, even on a weekend, and arranged for someone to come out quickly.
