Roman, with help from Cory, installed a large water heater in a closet that also had an air handler. Other plumbers didn’t want to take on the job because of the tight spot, or they tried to talk me into a smaller water heater. But Roman handled it without any problems and got the big water heater set up just like I wanted. The installation looks great and works perfectly. I hired Travis & Sons Plumbing after an inspection showed my new home's sewer pipes had some cracks. I liked how fast they gave me a quote. I paid a deposit to get on the schedule, and they started the job right on time. Ezekiel and the crew were respectful, friendly, and always kept me updated on what was happening. They quickly installed a new clean out and explained everything in simple terms. Even though plumbing work isn't always visible, I felt confident in their work and professionalism. I give them 5 stars!

Highly recommended. I had a great experience with Travis & Sons Plumbing. My hot water heater wasn't working, so I gave them a call and after I explained the issue, Roman had a good idea of what might be wrong. They didn't charge a trip fee, unlike other places I called who just wanted to come out and bill me extra without listening to the problem. We had a water leak coming from the control valve of our water heater early in the morning. I tried calling a few different plumbing services, but most of them couldn’t help right away. This plumber was able to help us quickly. Cory was professional and respectful, checking in before coming inside and making sure to wear a mask the whole time he worked. He fixed our water heater fast and explained clearly what went wrong. I would definitely recommend them and will call again for any future plumbing issues.
