I recently visited Tammy for a highlight and tone and let me tell you...it was AMAZING! This was my first time seeing Tammy and being in the salon so I was a little nervous. In comparison to other stylists, Tammy gave me exactly what I wanted and I didn’t leave the salon feeling over-toned or caked with product.
