My wife 3.5 weeks ago had an orthopedic surgery on her left thumb by another doctor. Last week she tripped over our dog and had several injuries not only the her face, head and knee, but to her foot. The ER doctor at Texas Health Weatherford Texas was awesome. The told her that she needed an orthopedic foot specialist to look at her foot as there was an apparent break. I called for an appt after being referred. Marissa answered phone and after explaining my injuries / she insisted I get up and get my insurance card. I explained I had a fracture in my foot and brace on other leg. She told me the doc was never going to see me and giggled. All because I wanted to ask my referrals if I should see another doc there. Terrible customer service. I would not go there. They just want money.
