Travis Medical is NOT the place to go....my sister is handicapped and needs supplies monthly and we NEVER get them and if we do they are NEVER correct....excuses, excuses and more excuses is all we get.....
I was in visiting Austin from Florida 2 weeks ago and left my mask for my CPAP back home. I called around was not able to find anyone who was willing to help me until i came across Travis. recently purchased two blood pressure machines from Texas Medical on 34th street for my mother and mother in law, not only is the equipment great, they're also very friendly, courteous and were very thorough in showing us how the machines work. I recently did business with Travis Medical on 34th in North Austin. They were very helpful and made sure I got the equipment I rented ASAP. No one else would help me out because it was so late in the afternoon on a Friday and they wouldn't deliver until the following week. Travis Medical went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it. I will only do business with them from now on.
The staff at Travis Medical are very talented people and should be commended for the great work they do every day. My husband and I have been customers of Travis Medical for a long time now and have always been treated like VIPs. This is not easy with people that are in pain or just cranky due to medical issues. The exceptional service and friendship that Travis Medical provides their customers is second to none!

I went to Travis Medical because it is near my work and the brakes on my mom's walker weren't working. Due to my work schedule, they were about to close when I arrived. I was expecting to have to leave it, but Dan in their repair department fixed it right away, even though it wasn't originally purchased from them. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will make sure my mom does purchase her next walker from Travis Medical.
