Dr McAlister is by far best Dentist in all of San Antonio. Very organized and easy check in process. He has all the most up to date dental technology and is extreamly skilled with his tools. I had some difficult procedures done and felt very little pain during and after to procedure. Really easy getting my insurance submitted and payment submitted at the front desk
He was not helpful on getting my teeth resolved like he promised and because of his negligence it cost me an extraction he was all about making money off a person insurance I end up at the dental school to get my needs done.
I been going to Dr. MacAllister for about 5 years now since my family dentist retired. he is one of the best dentist i have every been too, I have a real sensitive mouth so he listens and does his best to be gentle. Dr. MacAllister he really cares more than most dentist. he goes the extra steps to make sure you are comfortable.
This dentist sucks and i have been calling for my money back or to fix the tooth no response
Dr. MacAllister has exceptional dental skills and chairside manners. Professionally, he is complete, prompt, and responsive. You receive a dental care plan, not just a transaction. The staff is courteous, engaging, and conversational. Now, I look forward to seeing my dentist!
