Sadly, I cannot give Dr. Loidolt a positive review like these others. I was a Worker’s Compensation case (unfortunately…) in which after many years of conservative treatment, I finally had to take a surgical approach and I was directed to his office. I had been having some vague symptoms of weakness and pain in my shoulder and arm that increased over about 2 years. They were very difficult to get correctly diagnosed. Once I finally had a referral to Dr. Loidolt, he confirmed issues with discs in my cervical spine (neck) and noted some arthritis impinging on my nerve. I am not a patient, coming on here for acrep named REBECCA- my mom- who well is quite “special” and went on and on the phone, someone named Rebecca answered, and was SO PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT! - goes to show the whole organizational training and thank you Rebecca!

Staff member was not properly trained & incompetent. Staff is not compassionate, does not follow through, gives mis-information, does not return phone messages.
