Dr. Urban is my mother’s doctor and he was so kind and patient with her. I was really worried about her having to hear her Alzheimer’s diagnosis but he was very gentle and empathetic that it went much better than I expected. We also had a frank conversation about her ability to drive and he built up the argument for revoking her license in a way that she was able to agree with his reasoning for the decision. Knowledgeable, but remote with minimal eye contact! A important life style decision was made to be implemented with only sketchy information. Patient will be significantly inconvenienced as a result. This may be due to his relatively young age.
