Caution: This individual attempted to convince a family member to sell off her stocks in retirement and invest into an annuity. Simply an attempt to bolster his commissions at her expense regarding taxes. When questioned, his became mad and defensive. Not a reaction an honest and credible certified financial planner would do.

I've had insurance policies with Prudential for many years . The customer service has declined greatly . I have been trying since July to get some assistance with some changes that I need on my policies. Called the main office approximately 3 weeks ago and have never received a return call. Had to talk to three different people and still got no assistance. I was promised someone would get in touch with me. Very disappointing.
