Dr. Halestone is always very patient and goes over and With his time. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years with him and I wouldn’t see anybody else. His office help always answer the phone and always very pleasant. Never any issues I man him to everyone

You call and call and call.. write an email.. wait and wait and wait.. if you can get there, get in, and get to Dr. Hailstone its a miracle and will be about the only thing you like about this practice. Unfortunately as a family doctor youd expect to have someone that you can rely on when you really need something, but if you can even get ahold of someone youre maybe a week out from a call back and the payment will be the most important to them, they will give you a time to expect the call and miss it.
