My partner went to the Hailstone location on Pecos today for a check up with a confirmed appointment and insurance had been verified. He shows up at the office and is told he cannot be seen as their office has not been approved for his insurance and that he will need to find another dr. until they have been approved. My partner has medical issues and requires medications to maintain his health and he explained to the front desk staff the situation and he was totally dismissed and told there was nothing that could be done. Dr Hillstone has been my primary care physician for 5 years. He is very smart and he cares. That is a great combination and I trust him with everything he has said and done to me over the years. He is also one of the nicest doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting with and he never rushes you because he cares.

Dr Hailstone is amazing. He always takes time to go over any questions and really spends time with his patients. His staff used to be hard to get a hold of but over the last several months when I have left a message I got called back within just a few hours. They are polite and helpful.
