I scheduled a service call to have an outlet installed and was initially quoted approximately $150. Two technicians arrived, but neither wore shoe covers nor removed their dirty shoes before walking through our brand-new home and into the basement. Travis Electric took the job of a fan and light install after another company failed to show for an appointment or communicate. The Travis techs did a fantastic job on the install and made sure to keep me in the loop regarding arrival time. They were very friendly and took time to explain reasons for steps they took. Incredibly satisfied with the techs and company.
Great, friendly service. Was very gracious with my dog jumping all over them. Would highly recommend.
