We love our place & living downtown! Great people!
This place is OK. The apartments are actually nice. There are 12 units in the building, but you can hear and smell everything going on in them. Due to the apartment being downtown, the water and electricity are shut off without notice. The landlord doesnt notify you, and does nothing when you call to let them know...Its your problem, not theirs...they have water and electricity at their home, so its not a concern for them.
