Today I used the atm right outside to pull out money from an account. I then went inside the bank and waited for a teller. I needed to make very simple change. I wanted to give them a $20 bill I just pulled from their atm outside and receive back 2 $10s as I needed the smaller bill. Simple, easy, quick done and out the door, right? Nope.
