I LIKE USING TRAVIS CREDIT UNION IT'S EASY AND PRODUCTIVE
My husband came in for a bank transaction. He waited for 25 mins and then sat at Donna’s desk. Donna did not acknowledge him nor look at him and instead just started typing on her computer, got on the phone and then told my husband that she could not help him.. What a waste of 45 minutes. The 45 mins time wasted could have been easily pacified if Donna was better with her customer service skills. We are moving back to Fairfield and will take our money elsewhere.
As a member I am so disappointed. I deposited $350 in cash at the ATM on my way to the airport to leave for the week, only to have the ATM keep the cash and tell me there is an error and I would have to contact the branch! Again; the ATM kept the cash and printed a very faded receipt. Well, good luck trying to contact them! I’ve been on hold for 23mins and still not had anyone answer. So, I’ll close my account unfortunately and go back to a bigger bank that will actually have customer service.
