Waited about 2hrs here. They said they would text you when they are ready. I received a text on my phone at 2:50. I got up to the desk at 2:55. The Yong lady at #5 by the name of Stephanie was extremely rude. The first thing she said was whats your number and I told her. I had a great experience here last time I was here, but more importantly, why are you looking at reviews of a tax office? It's just going to be people bitching about bureaucracy and paying taxes.
Danielle at desk station 14 was so nice, and quickly helped us renew our registration. We were in and out in 5 minutes, no cap!
I came into the office and was checked in by the folks at the front who made sure I had what I needed to get a title transfer. I waited for about an hour and a half on a Monday afternoon. It would have been quicker if I made an appointment but I didn’t. I got to the window and Towanna helped me out. She greeted me with a smile, made the interaction human and personable.
