Danielle at desk station 14 was so nice, and quickly helped us renew our registration. We were in and out in 5 minutes, no cap!
I came into the office and was checked in by the folks at the front who made sure I had what I needed to get a title transfer. I waited for about an hour and a half on a Monday afternoon. It would have been quicker if I made an appointment but I didn’t. I got to the window and Towanna helped me out. She greeted me with a smile, made the interaction human and personable. Excellent customer service and the staff is super friendly. Only issue is difficulty finding a parking spot although parking lots is very big.
After this place has lost the paperwork sent to them multiple times. The out of state financier paid to have my papers signed for. I called the office to insure the package arrived. I was also notified by the financier the package was delivered on the 11th at 2pm. The male working at the registration office said if I needed my plates asap. He recommended I show up in person with my drivers license because they are behind. That they are still working registration paperwork they received from July.
