This is the worst customer service you could ever ask for. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for how you represent Texas.
Very slow service and some of the workers are rude. It will take 3-4 hours until your turn. They have so many employees but they don’t serve you for some reason.
Waited about 2hrs here. They said they would text you when they are ready. I received a text on my phone at 2:50. I got up to the desk at 2:55. The Yong lady at #5 by the name of Stephanie was extremely rude. The first thing she said was whats your number and I told her. She said I been calling you I am going to have to take this guy now before you. I didn't argue. Thank God for the kind gentleman next to her saw that and wound up helping me. I had a great experience here last time I was here, but more importantly, why are you looking at reviews of a tax office? It's just going to be people bitching about bureaucracy and paying taxes.
