Excellent customer service and the staff is super friendly. Only issue is difficulty finding a parking spot although parking lots is very big.
After this place has lost the paperwork sent to them multiple times. The out of state financier paid to have my papers signed for. I called the office to insure the package arrived. I was also notified by the financier the package was delivered on the 11th at 2pm. The male working at the registration office said if I needed my plates asap. He recommended I show up in person with my drivers license because they are behind. That they are still working registration paperwork they received from July. Teresa was extremely helpful and patient! She answered all my questions clearly and guided me through getting a temporary permit. She also went the extra mile to help me find someone who could address my title and registration concerns. Excellent service. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness!
Went on a Monday at 9 am as a new resident and waited less than 2 hours to get everything in order. They were very helpful!
Super easy and painless experience. Like all government facilities, there was a bit of a wait but not too bad. The customer service was attentive and friendly, and I was in and out much quicker than anticipated.
