I first became part of this community back in 2010, when Travis was leading classes at RedBlack Gym through Crossfit Central. I’ve been to so many gyms in so many countries and cities, and let me tell you, this gym is amazing!!! Travis, the owner, always welcomes you and makes you feel like TCS is your second home. The classes are incredible. You just show up and give whatever effort you have that day. You don’t have to think about anything else. This place changed my life. I was training for an event, found this gym, and accidentally stumbled into a new lifestyle of health and strength. Plus the community is nothing but Love!!
