The staff is friendly, helpful, approachable, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to meet their clients' needs. The staff has the experience and knowledge about Signal Mountain and the surrounding area and are able to bring buyers and sellers together at the perfect time.

What can I say, Realtor Travis Close from Travis Close Homes worked tirelessly from beginning to end, from showing us and our Realtor homes under construction in the Paxton Pointe community up front to facilitating the closing process at the end. Along the way, he offered great insights and useful suggestions, such as a TV wall mount that pulls down over the fireplace mantle and an instant hot water fixture for the island prep sink.
