I left my appointment with Dr. Cleland feeling frustrated. The visit itself lasted only about five to ten minutes, which felt incredibly rushed compared to previous specialists I have seen for the same issue. In the past, I’ve received a much more thorough physical examination, whereas Dr. Cleland’s assessment felt superficial. More concerning than the brevity was his demeanor.
