Dr. Burns and his staff are wonderful. He is thoughtful with answering all your questions and helping you to feel good before the surgery. He makes sure you pain is controlled well especially the first 24 hours when the swelling pain can be the worse. Afterwards you receive a text message everyday for 7 weeks. The messages are helpful advice and insights of what you are going through at each stage of recovery. He and his staff are just a call away if you need anything.
Dr. Burns and his entire staff have always been amazing and ready to answer questions with a smile and always make you feel welcome and cared for. I couldn’t have asked for for a better experience.
I appreciate the staff and Dr Burns at OSA. Very helpful text messages of instructions and encouragement especially during the first 6 weeks. Thank you and keep up the good work.
