I came in for an ingrown toenail today and had a great experience with Dr. Bodeker! The procedure was easy, fast and not as bad as I had mentally prepared for. Dr. Bodeker was gentle, welcoming and explained the entire process. His kindness immediately calmed my nerves. The procedure was complete before I realized it. I’ll definitely refer him to others.
Dr. Bodeker is the best podiatrist I've ever had for my foot care. Very kind and soft spoken and knows his business taking care of my feet. I am extremely sad that my insurance changed and I will not be able to go to him anymore. I wish I was able to pay out of pocket just to continue his expert care. I wish I could say I saw Dr. Bodeker, but unfortunately due to mishandling on the front office staff's part, this is not the case. My insurance relies on referrals for specialists, and they sent over a referral to Dr. B's office. After about a week I still had not heard from Dr. B's office, so I called. I was told no referral was received, but that she would go ahead and make the appointment, and I would call my referring doctor to re-send the referral.
