Actually found Reuben on facebook marketplace looking for Taj Mahal Quartzite. He had me at the shop on a weekend to look at my slabs, and was at my house taking laser measurements the next day. 10 days later it was installed - took about a half day for his crew of 4/5 guys to install a full kitchen and walk in pantry & it looks beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone, I was out the door for what Encore Stone Studio would have charged for a single quartzite slab.
Would highly recommend Travertine artisans, if you are looking for a professional, fast, and courteous team to work with! From the time we visited their huge slab yard to touch and get a feel for the quartz slabs and take our time to pick out what we wanted, to the time of final installation, they did it in under their two week commitment. Careful working with Ruben Nunez at Travertine Artisans I should have read his reviews but unfortunately we were in a rush (my fault). Firstly he told me a date and then was multiple days late installing the countertops on one of our projects and held up our painters, tile, and flooring crews. Secondly he installed a damaged vanity and also cut the stops on our plumbing without letting us know and refused to repair them so we had to call a plumber to fix that. Ruben and his installers fabricated & installed beautiful marble in our kitchen and porcelain countertops in the butler's pantry. They also fabricated and installed a one of a kind bathroom sink for us. He made sure we were satisfied with our end results & addressed all concerns. Communication & schedules were at times challenging, but in the end they provided professional service and we have a qualty product.
