Dr Traverso is an exceptional hand surgeon. I had a very serious infection ,in my finger, which required more than one surgery. His knowledge, calming personality and care made the situation a much easier one for me. He explained , in full detail, what he was going to do to help me rest assured me I was going to be fine. My surgeries were a success, the issues were taken care of 100%. His staff is also excellent and I recommend him highly . Thank you Dr .Traverso.
So nice to have another hand doctor to go to. Have always like Dr. Gellman but he was very busy and the wait time was too too long. With Dr. Traverso I was taken right on time. He is a great communicator and made me feel very comfortable.
I saw Dr. Purnell Traverso for the first time the other day for a bad case of Trigger Thumb. He was a very pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, overall nice, nice Dr. I will definitely see him again if I need to, and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

This doctor was amazing! He knew exactly what to do for me and explained everything in a way I could understand. I knew what was going to happen before surgery, in surgery and after surgery. The outcome was outstanding. He also finished all of my office visits with a BIG HUG. Don't get that from any other doctor. I would recommend Dr. Traverso to any one needing hand surgery.
