Well, I guess if you don't mind your loved one not being cared for much nor checked on, not able to find staff most of the time, unknowledgeable untrained staff caring for your loved one who doesn't administer all their medications for days to keep them somewhat healthy physically and mentally and then results in them escaping and walking the streets of Traverse City in their slippers and no jacket in February then this is the place for you. This place is horrible the abuse and neglect to resident is unthinkable they are unprofessional uneducated unorganized it the blind leading the blind the cheat employees out of pay they refuse to fill out paper work that was given to them 2 weeks in advance I have been a cna for 16 yrs please please please do not put your love ones here
