We met Paul in a parking lot when we noticed he had handyman signage on his vehicle. He gave us 10 business cards and I interpreted that as he was available for work! We reached out via his website for installation of a sliding patio door. His response time was slow, short, and not informative. He sent us a canned quote stating that he would be boring lockset holes and mortising hinges for the door.
