Saved our family vacation! We were traveling to Traverse City from out of town when our truck broke down. The dealership couldn’t get us in for 3 days so we had it towed here. They repaired the water pump and serpentine belt and had it ready the same day! Fair price and very accommodating! Thank you!
Quick, more than reasonable pricing, polite, accommodating. These guys knocked my repair out of the park.
When i called they were able to give me a quote. Once they got my car on the lift they realized it was a lot smaller and simpler fix and they even took me into the garage see what they found. From a little mistake I made all I needed was a bolt, they didn't even charge me for fixing that or tightening up my bolts and lugnuts. I can't fully express how helpful they were, very thankful I went here today!
I never leave reviews, but feel the need for a place like this! I have been here multiple times now and will keep coming back! Staff is so polite and kind. They are genuine workers and will only charge you if you really need something done. As a female it can be hard when we deal with car stuff…. We can easily get taken advantage of. They will not do that to you here! Can’t recommend enough.
