NON RESPONSIVE.!! I am a owner and I have had nothing but trouble this summer. The company is non responsive! 1) underpayment , missing linens and lamp for a rental in early August. The owner won't return any of my calls or text. 2) on 2two separate occasions cleaners showed up a full day early. 3) owner states on her voicemail she checks voicemail often ( but does'nt respond and she leaves a non working alternate number). Very frustrated and thinking my only option is to contact legal counsel.
This company was great to work with as they had a chef for us and coordinate everything! Unbelieveable service and the house was absolutely stunning and exceptionally clean. The views of the water were beautiful to wake up to each morning. We will be back!!!
