RecommendedFirst worked with Travers in 1992 during construction of our home. We call them immediately when we have new installation needs. Honest, straight forward and accommodating.
Prompt ,friendly and did excellent work.
"How could Travers Electric improve?" You could show up! We had new light fixtures to hang in our home. Travers told us they would be by Friday, at the latest Monday or Tuesday. They were working in the development next to ours. We waited two weeks and no one ever showed. During that time we contacted them two more times with no return email or call. We found another contractor who did the job within two days.
Friendly Staff! Quick service, and pleased with the work they did! Local, family owned!
The electrician they sent out was a nice guy he got the job done no problems there. The problem is we weren't told how much it was gonna be not even an estimate or heads up . We were sent a bill for 328$ when he was barely there for 2 hrs for some simple fixes for the gentlemen that came out too. We were also in the dark they charge you for drive time which is unreal I've never heard of that before. I'm a professional firefighter for a living I know we don't charge to come save your life the second we open our garage doors. ... read more
