When I moved in, there were noticeable sound insulation issues that affected my daily rest. While the resolution process took some time, management did take steps to address the problem, and the situation has improved. I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue and am updating my review to reflect the improvements, as well as the overall living environment of the community.
Very helpful and assertive staff, maintenance issues fixed and they were very prompt and very polite.

I’ve had a great experience living at Traver Heights. The property manager, Joe, has been exceptional—attentive, responsive, and proactive. When my heater stopped working, he had it replaced within a few hours, ensuring minimal disruption. He also arranged for a new dryer when the old one malfunctioned, making sure everything was handled smoothly.
