Do not live here! Management does not care in the slightest about resident safety. Disappointing lease renewal experience at Traver Crossing. As a long-term resident, I was offered $1,809 while similar units were advertised at $1,449. Management said the lower rate was only for new tenants and wouldn’t adjust my renewal. Feels unfair that loyal residents pay significantly more with no flexibility.
