Good affordability and nice range of quality products. Majority of items backed by 2year warranty (must keep receipt). Reputable company that stands behind there offerings.
bought a suitcase , didnt even used it for travel , just light daily use , a wheel broke in less than a month , very low quality , not gonna even bother to take it for the warranty
Took two sets of the jetstream luggage to Ft. Lauderdale to board a cruise ship to the Caribbean. On the way out of the customs counter, one of the wheels snapped off of the large bag. When we arrived back at the airport in Toronto, a wheel snapped off the carry on......unfortunately because we do not have the bill and only used them once it was a waste of $60.00......will never recommend these suitcases to anyone.....
