I had made a reservation with reservation counter.com, they never told me they were not part of the Hilton, charged me more than the hotel prices, and put us in a handicap room which we do not want. When I called to cancel, I was told it’s non refundable. I am now fighting with them to get my money back. Hilton has been great in trying to help me with this.
