Samantha Katcher was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. Even while I was traveling in Australia — on a completely different continent and in a different time zone — she was always available and incredibly helpful. I found her through some other local moms, and I’m so glad I did! I honestly can’t imagine planning a trip without her now. I’ll never travel again without booking through Samantha!
The staff are extremely kind and helpful. They work diligently to find the best trip options to suit your needs. They are knowledgeable about every excursion and option out there.
Unless you are booking a cruise, please do not book with this company. For any itinerary that is extensive or you would like personalized. This is not the company for you me and my husband booked our honeymoon using this company, and unfortunately we were let down because they outsourced and used three other agencies, so we ended up overpaying, and while we were on our honeymoon, no other agency Hotel we were staying at new. I'm so surprised by some of the negative reviews here. I happen to work for a tour operator named Experience Sicily. Travelong of Summit books many of our clients' airline tickets for us, and they are wonderful. If our clients' flights get delayed, they are on top of it with a great solution. If our clients' flights get cancelled (or if the air carrier goes on strike, which happens), the travel agents at Travelong call our clients directly and get them rebooked fast. I can not speak highly enough about just how wonderful all of the people here are. They were more than just helpful in setting up my full trip to South Africa. Went above and beyond to not just find a hotel but also to make sure that it was a great fit for me as well as helping to suggest restaurants and places to see. Help it to be one of the best trip i have ever had.
