My stay at this Travelodge, Welland hotel was a complete disaster. The air conditioner(A/C) in my room was broken, rattling and blowing only warm air. I couldn't even call the front desk because the intercom wasn't working. I had to go to the front desk and the staff followed me back to check on the A/C, and confirmed it wasnt working. There was nothing he could do about it. I was left to suffer through a rough night, sweating and unable to sleep comfortably in a room I paid for. Good value for the price. Nothing fancy, but clean, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Met my expectations and left satisfied.
