Total hidden gem! Clean, quiet, and budget-friendly. The staff were so nice too; highly recommend!
More than what I expected because it was s small hotel and not new I thought inside would be shabby but clean and smells good,room was clean also, very quiet, family orientated
It’s in a convenient location but I had found mold in my room. Switched rooms and there was mold in that one as well. The blanket doesn’t seem like it was washed at all and the door to outside doesn’t lock properly. I don’t recommend staying here. It’s unsafe and not cleaned well at all.
My stay at this Travelodge, Welland hotel was a complete disaster. The air conditioner(A/C) in my room was broken, rattling and blowing only warm air. I couldn't even call the front desk because the intercom wasn't working. I had to go to the front desk and the staff followed me back to check on the A/C, and confirmed it wasn't working. Upon waking in the morning, I found that only cold breakfast options were available. A staff member was preoccupied with a laptop and did not appear to be attending to the food service. This resulted in a very poor service experience. Additionally, fresh coffee was not consistently provided each morning.
