This hotel was so disgusting that we had to go to Big K-Mart and get cleaning supplies to clean the room before we could unpack. The elevator was broken when we got there, so we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. It took about 30 minutes to do so with children. When I went back down to get my money back b/c of the shape of the room, the rude woman at the counter told me there was a 15 minute clause on the receipt for a refund, and I had paid in full for the week at check-in.
