We booked a King/Queen room and asked for a rollaway bed. I specifically chose this because the website said that rollaway beds were available and there was nothing to indicated that our room would not allow for one. When we checked in, we were told that they didn’t offer rollaway beds and that our room couldn’t accommodate one anyway. We had a gong show psycho encounter with a AirBnB host and had to pivot on a dime to find a new place to get ready for my wedding today, and Angela at the desk went above and beyond the call of duty to make everything work for us! It was perfect!!
This was a good place to spend the night in Saint John. It isn't anything fancy but it is clean and the bed was comfortable. A bit outdated but the room we were in had a separate living room and sink area which was nice. The bathroom had everything we needed as well. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Just a few minutes drive from downtown and there is a grocery store right next door which is convenient. I would recommend staying here.
Customer service was by far the best I have experienced at a hotel. Nice, clean rooms and good location.
