Unacceptable Experience – Room Downgrade, Noise Issues, and Spider Bites We checked in on Thursday evening, and by 8:45 p.m. we had to change rooms due to extreme noise from the family above us... it sounded like their children were being murdered. After two noise complaints, the staff told us we had to move because the guest above had children, even though my mother has a broken ankle. This hotel is just sad. Its like no effort is made. The front lobby is unwelcoming with a cart for dirty dishes and garbage cans right in the seating area. Reception area and hallways are dark and dingy. Our room was clean but there was a huge hole in the blackout curtains and the curtain was only hanging by a few hooks. The toilet seat was also broken. No seating available other than on the bed. The breakfast was very basic. So basic I wonder why they bother serving it. The whole hotel has an air of nobody cares about it.

Carpets were disgustingly dirty in our room! Staff never answers the phone and didn’t want to give us extra towels/toilet paper. When I asked if they could come clean the rooms and change bed sheets they said that they don’t do that. No ice bucket, no screen on windows and the toilet was plugged. The only thing good about the room were that the beds were comfortable.

Friendly folks at desk. Nice suite. Good restaurants nearby. Everything we need in one hotel
