This hotel is far superior to what I expected, and for a relatively low price! Driving up you must pass a dead tree next to an equally defunct restaurant. The lobby is small but the service is great. There is no elevator for the second floor. The room we rented (227) was large, clean and fresh. The king bed was comfortable. There is a couch, fridge, small microwave, extra chairs and desk. The first floor room was very dirty. The a/c had two settings, deep freeze and hot. A lot of noise from the floor above. Would not recommend staying here.
The room and halls were nice and clean. Parking was sufficient and lot was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice mixture of cooked and grab-and-go options. Nice area of Newberg. Off the main hwy but behind another building so it was very quiet. A 5-star rating for a 2-star hotel

While the location is good the experience was not. Water leaked from under the toilet. There was some wood chips/dirt on the bed. Edit: despite the cheeky response to the review, I got a follow-up email with apologies and explanations, and got a refund of 25% of my stay. Apparently, this hotel does care.
