The room and halls were nice and clean. Parking was sufficient and lot was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice mixture of cooked and grab-and-go options. Nice area of Newberg. Off the main hwy but behind another building so it was very quiet. A 5-star rating for a 2-star hotel

While the location is good the experience was not. Water leaked from under the toilet. There was some wood chips/dirt on the bed. Edit: despite the cheeky response to the review, I got a follow-up email with apologies and explanations, and got a refund of 25% of my stay. Apparently, this hotel does care.
We were in town for the Softball tournament. This hotel was very close to ball fields. Staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind and d friendly. Room was very spacious and had everything we could need. Breakfast more then covered all the basics. Manager was so so nice
Total ripoff!! Unable to reduce stay from 2-nights to one night without having to pay full price. Owner refused to return Booking.com's call or mine. All they wanted was my money not interested in customer satisfaction at all. If you make a reservation and need to make any changes you will pay full price of stay as "cancellation fee". Avoid this hotel and Booking.com completely or they will make you sorry, guaranteed!!
