Close to George Fox, clean room, continental breakfast, affordable price; maybe a little on the older side building-wise, but great stay!

Our second time staying with this hotel in Newberg visiting our son at George Fox. Nothing but good things to say. The location is very close to campus. The hotel is immaculately clean, and very quiet. Breakfast included with our stay, lots of good choices. The couple who runs it is very friendly.

My wife and I were here to visit family. It was a perfect stay for us. The staff was friendly and willing-to-please. Our room--as well as the rest of the hotel--was very clean. The furnishings showed a bit of age and wear, but all were functional and the room was well-appointed. The breakfast had something for everyone--and by that I mean it had a good variety (presented very nicely and kept clean and resupplied).

Worst hotel service. Checked in at 3pm to an NON-SMOKING ROOM and had an event to be to at 4pm, When I arrived to my room, it REEKED of cigarettes, but so did the whole first floor. So I just opened my window in my room and turned on the air, finished what I was doing and left. Returned back to my room at 10:30pm to it still smelling like cigarettes, even with the air flowing the whole time I was gone. Beds were Old and compensated by heaps of bed toppers and pads. Bathrooms are old and the age shows. We checked in and our price has changed from when we reserved. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was pretty good for being free.
