Had a last-minute Lake O trip with my young ones and needed a place to get a good night’s rest. Gave this hotel a shot because of the reviews listed here and was not disappointed. Late arrival yet the front desk was welcoming, the rate was fair and our room was clean & comfortable and even had a small kitchen! Thank you for a great stay and the lovely view of the lake from the second floor. Don’t wait- book it, you won’t regret it.
I was extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. For $200 a night, I expected a clean and well-maintained room, but what we got was far from it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by three live cockroaches, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The room smelled strongly of mold, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. We'll definitely book with travel lodge, rooms we're very clean and super comfy, customer service was great.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Very roomy. Price was very reasonable for the area. Many restaurants and shopping very close by car. Hope to visit again.
