I booked thru Priceline and when I arrived they requested a $100 security deposit however they refused to accept tap despite the card showing my name matching my id Furthermore , I stayed on the phone for one hour and forty minutes between booking and Priceline I was unable i resolve the issue due the lack Of corporation from the hotel staff I do not recommend that you book with them they have complete disregard to respecting people travel and or the hospitality industry should treat people and customers as they are “titled”... read more

Excelente ubicación. Pésimo servicio. Dicen que hay desayuno pero no es así. Personal no apto para atención al público.

I thought the hotel was nice initially until I got into the room and immediately saw Roaches in the bathtub and climbing up the wall.... Along with roach eggs. That was gross. But Here's THE KICKER! Someone came looking for me at the hotel and they gave them my room number without consent so I was awaken suddenly with banging on my door and it was overall very disturbing. Not even sure if it's legal to give out personal information.
